After your order is placed, it is dispatched from our nearest fulfilment centre based on product availability.
Delivery timelines:
Delhi–NCR: 1–2 business days
Rest of India: 2–7 business days
Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via email/SMS.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most orders are delivered within 2–7 business days, depending on your PIN code. Some remote locations may take slightly longer.
What should I do if my order shows “Delivered” but I haven’t received it?
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package, please contact us within 48 hours. We will coordinate with our courier partner and resolve the issue within 3 working days.
RETURNS & CANCELLATION
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day easy return policy on items purchased from TravelFlaunt.com.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused
- All tags and packaging must be intact
- The product should be returned in original condition
Refunds are processed once the item passes quality inspection.
How do I make a return?
You can request a return through:

- Or WhatsApp / email support
Please ensure you pack the product in its original box and keep all accessories/tags intact.
What should I do if I receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete order?
Contact us within 48 hours with:
- Images of the shipping label
- Images/videos of the product & packaging
- A short video of the unboxing (if possible)
We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
What if I ordered multiple items but received only one?
For multi-item orders, products may ship separately from different fulfilment centres.
You may receive them in different parcels and on different dates.
How can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order before it is packed for dispatch.
To cancel:

- Or contact support via WhatsApp/email
If the order is already packed, cancellation may not be possible. You can refuse delivery at the doorstep for prepaid refunds.

How can I avail warranty for products purchased on Travel Flaunt?
Travel Flaunt is a premium travel-gear marketplace. Warranty is provided directly by the respective partner brand (e.g., Delsey, Jeep, Securitech, Peugeot, etc.).
To claim warranty, simply email us at hello@travelflaunt.com with:
- Order number
- Product photos
- Issue description
We will coordinate with the brand and assist you throughout the process.
What does the warranty cover?
Warranties from partner brands typically cover:
- Manufacturing defects
- Functional issues not caused by external damage or improper use
Warranty does not cover:
- Wear & tear
- Scratches or dents from handling
- Damage due to mishandling by airlines
- Incorrect lock settings
- Modification or misuse

Why is there a keyhole on my luggage when I didn't receive a key?
Many premium luggage brands use TSA-approved locks. The keyhole is only for airport security authorities (mainly in the US and select countries). Travellers do not receive a key — your combination code is all you need.

Repairs may be:
- Free under warranty (if covered)
- Chargeable for out-of-warranty or physical damage
What if I lost my warranty card?
No issues — your invoice acts as proof of purchase. Warranty is based on the date mentioned on your order invoice.
Can I place bulk/corporate orders?

What is a TSA lock?
A TSA lock allows airport authorities to inspect your luggage without breaking the lock. It is recommended for international travel, especially to the US, Canada, and Europe.
How do I set a normal 3-digit combination lock?
- The default code is 0-0-0
- Push or slide the reset button
- Set your preferred combination
- Release the button
- Your code is now set
How do I set a TSA combination lock?
- Set dials to 0-0-0
- Press the reset button with a pen
- Choose your new code
- Release the button
- Test the new combination
What if I forget my lock combination?
For security reasons, brands cannot reset forgotten-combination locks. You may need assistance from a professional locksmith. We can guide you based on the luggage model—email us.

Is the luggage waterproof?
Most premium luggage is water-resistant, not fully waterproof. Light rain or splashes are fine — but submerging the bag in water will damage the contents.
How should I clean my luggage?
Hardside:
- Use mild soap + warm water
- Optional: apply a silicone-based polish for shine
Softside:
- Spot clean with mild soap
- Foam cleaners for fabric can be used
- Air dry completely after cleaning
How should I store my luggage?
- Store in a cool, dry area
- Open occasionally to prevent moisture buildup
- Nest smaller bags inside larger ones to save space

What weight can each luggage size hold?
Recommended safe weights:
