At Travel Flaunt, we take pride in curating premium products and ensuring every item is carefully checked before dispatch. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Returns & Refund Policy is here to help.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.

  • Returns are only accepted if the product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Personal use items (such as travel pillows, eye masks, organizers) due to hygiene reasons.

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Final sale or clearance items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

 

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery at:

Please provide:

  • Your Order Number

  • Photos/videos of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

 

4. Return Process

  • Once approved, our courier partner will arrange for a pickup.

  • Please ensure the product is securely packed in its original packaging.

  • After inspection at our facility, we will process your refund or replacement.

 

5. Refund Timelines

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product clears inspection.

  • Depending on your bank/payment provider, the refund may take additional time to reflect.

 

6. Refund Method

  • Refunds are always made to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • For COD orders (when introduced in future), refunds will be issued via bank transfer.

 

7. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Delivered

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos/videos.

  • Do not discard the packaging until the issue is resolved.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

 

8. Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to change an item, please return the product for a refund and place a new order.
