1. Delivery Process
Once your order is placed, our Quality Assurance team inspects each product thoroughly. After it passes the final check, the item is securely packed and handed over to our trusted courier partners. If the courier has difficulty locating your address or coordinating delivery, they will reach out to you directly.

4. Package Marked as Delivered, But Not Received?
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the item:

Contact us within 2 days of the marked delivery date.

Our team will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
5. Multiple Shipments
Orders with multiple products may be shipped from different fulfillment centers and arrive separately. Don’t worry — no extra shipping charges apply.
6. Cancellations & Refund of Shipping Fees

If you cancel before dispatch, any prepaid shipping fee will be refunded.

If the package is returned undelivered, only the product value will be refunded; the shipping fee (if any) is non-refundable.
7. Packaging Standards
We use eco-friendly, biodegradable packaging wherever possible. Fragile items are additionally secured with bubble wrap and protective materials.
8. Damaged, Empty, or Tampered Packages
If you receive a package that is damaged, tampered, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Photos/videos of the packaging and item(s)

A description of the issue
Please do not discard the packaging for 3–4 days and avoid using the item until resolved. Our team will investigate and arrange a refund or replacement as applicable.
9. Refund for Undeliverable Prepaid Orders
If your prepaid order is marked “undeliverable,” a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
10. Why an Order May Be Undeliverable

11. Payment on Delivery
Currently, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
12. Pre-Delivery Notifications
You will receive an SMS or email notification when your order is out for delivery. Phone calls from the courier may not always be guaranteed.
13. Demands for Extra Payment
You should never pay more than the invoice amount.

14. Address Change or Reschedule Delivery
Currently, our system does not support direct address changes or rescheduling once the order is placed. However, please contact us and our team will do their best to assist.
15. False Delivery Marked
In rare cases, a package may be marked “delivered” before actual delivery.
