1. Cancellation Before Dispatch
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before they are shipped, whichever is earlier.

A full refund will be issued to your original mode of payment within 5–7 business days.
2. Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
You may, however, choose to refuse delivery at the time of arrival. In such cases:
A refund will be processed after the product is returned to us in its original condition.
Shipping charges (if any) will be deducted from the refund amount.
3. Non-Cancellable Items
Certain items such as personalized products, final sale items, or hygiene-sensitive accessories (e.g., travel pillows, eye masks) cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.
4. Refund Timelines
Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days after confirmation of cancellation.
Depending on your bank/payment provider, the credit may take additional time to reflect.
